How do I update the game results?
You’ll have your own private admin page that works right from your phone — perfect for rinkside between periods. Just enter the score after each game, tap Save, and your public page will refresh in about a minute. No developer, no CMS, no app to install — we promise it’s that simple.

We have an additional schedule we didn’t foresee — how do we add it?
No problem at all — tournaments evolve, and we’re here to help.
For hockey games, you can add them yourself right from the admin page — the same place you enter scores.
For other events (opening dinner, alumni night, awards banquet, and so on), we’re glad to take care of it for you. Just send us the details at hello@rinkscore.ca and we’ll get them up on your page. Please allow up to 48 hours so we can make sure everything looks just right.
How much does a RinkScore tournament site cost?
We’re a not-for-profit operation, so we keep things as affordable as possible. Tournament sites are offered at minimal cost — just enough to cover hosting, your domain, and the day-to-day expenses of keeping things running smoothly for you.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
Thank you so much for letting us know — we really appreciate the help. Please drop us a note at hello@rinkscore.ca with:
- A screenshot of what you saw
- A quick description of what you were doing and what went wrong
- The device and browser you were using, if possible
We read every report carefully and will get back to you as soon as we can.
What happens to the site after the tournament ends?
Your page will stay live for about a month after the final game, so families, scouts, and sponsors can still enjoy the results and relive the highlights. After that, we gently archive it. If you’d like to keep it online a little longer, please let us know — we’re always happy to help.
Besides the demo themes, can you design a custom one for us?
Absolutely — we’d love to design something special just for your tournament. Feel free to email us at hello@rinkscore.ca with your brand colors, logo, and any reference images you have in mind.
If you enjoy sketching ideas yourself, you’re very welcome to give it a try! We recommend Stitch by Google — just describe your tournament and it’ll generate a design you can share with us as a wonderful starting point.
Can we use our own custom domain?
Yes, of course — we’d be glad to serve your tournament at your own domain (for example, yourtourney.ca) as a small paid add-on. If you’d like one set up, please email us at hello@rinkscore.ca and we’ll take care of the rest.
